Yes, you heard right that Apple will launch its next-gen. iPad “iPad3” reportedly between mid-March and mid-April next year, in 2012 according to new report. DigiTimes reported that iPad 3 will be launched in 3 to 4 months. When new generation is going to be there on the stage, will surely affect shine of previous version iPad2. So company is deciding to decrease the production. Sources claim that during forth-quarter this year, production range is within 14 to 15 million units, but this will decrease to 4 to 5 million units in the first-quarts next year.   

An electronic manufacturer company, Foxconn will produce third-gen iPad within the range of 9.5 to 9.7 million units, and production may ramp up in Feb. Now lets have some predictions according to the sources.

This version of iPad is expected to be somewhat thicker than the iPad2, to adjust a high-resolution Retina Display. Actually according to previous reports, third-generation of iPad would launch in Feb. but new report is seeming to be slight perfect.

P.S. : Samsung will gain early responses with its sooner launch of “Tablet having Retina-topping display resolution” than Apple, it is saying to be launch after ‘Mobile World Congress’ in this Feb.
